Summary:

As a member of the hotel Executive Committee, the Executive Chef is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.

You will represent the hotel’ s culinary division to deliver the brand promise and ensure that all outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with Hyatt standards

Qualifications:

  • Ideally professional diploma in Food Production.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as Executive Chef, or Executive Sous chef in larger operation.
  • Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
