Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED/month
Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen to ensure consistent quality of food production and high level of customer service.
- Create menus and develop new recipes.
- Order supplies and manage purchasing.
- Manage staff and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained.
Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar position.
- Experience working with international cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and communication skills.
