Overview Executive Chef in Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join a well-established restaurant in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of all aspects of the kitchen and the hospitality industry, including menu development, staff management, and financial planning.
Responsibilities - Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including overseeing staff and ensuring duties are carried out efficiently.
- Develop innovative menus that are delicious and cost-effective.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a chef or manager.
- A certificate in culinary arts is preferable but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
