**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking an **Executive Chef 3** for a campus account located in **Houston, TX** . The lead chef will oversee all culinary operations on campus.Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. **What You'll Do**

+ be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
+ ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
