Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef at Eastern New Mexico University located in Portales, New Mexico . The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of our food service operation at Eastern New Mexico University, which consist of resident dining, retail, catering and concessions. Eastern New Mexico University is a public university with a main campus in Portales, New Mexico.

• be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
• ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
