**Role Overview**

The Retail Executive Chef position will have direct oversight and be responsible for the food quality and safety of all retail locations on campus. This position will also be directly responsible for all aspects of the E-Commerce Retail Program on campus. The Retail Executive Chef will also be responsible for creating, managing, and executing retail pop-up chef locations weekly across campus. This position will require a candidate to be very self-motivated, creative, and innovative across the retail culinary landscape. This position will report directly to our Retail Director of Operations.

+ Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting;
