Key Responsibilities:
1) Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
2) Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
3) Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
4) Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
5) Managing the director’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
