Job Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Maintain filing systems and handle correspondence.
- Assist in project coordination and report preparation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize office software and equipment effectively.
- Not over 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent.
- at least 2 -3years experience as an EA, preferably but not required from Logistics field too
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail.
