1. Job Objective:
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage fast-paced, complex workflows. The EA acts as a strategic partner to the COO—handling communication, coordination, executive scheduling, reporting, and cross-departmental alignment.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
2.1. Executive Support & Administration
• Manage the COO’s calendar, travel, and daily agenda across multiple time zones.
• Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and internal communications.
• Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and operational summaries.
• Support daily executive decision-making by ensuring timely access to information.
2.2. Operations Coordination (Multi-Unit Restaurant Environment)
• Track branch performance reports (sales, labor, food cost, compliance, guest satisfaction).
• Coordinate follow-ups with Group Heads, SRM, and Store Managers.
