1. Responsible for and takes control of all corporate documentation including its security and file management.
2. Prepares/takes charge of all types of business correspondence (both incoming and outgoing), i.e. letters, documents, fax, e-mails, etc.
3. Executes with strong sense of urgency all instructions received from the President, Managing Consultant, Managers and other executives and reports’ feedback asap.
4. Responsible for and oversees all communication received from the President, Managing Consultant, executives and other concerned/department units.
5. Renders correspondence assistance to all departments.
6. Expedites matters referred to the department and keeps track of its result.
7. Takes minutes of special management meetings.
8. Monitors the expenses of the department and implements cost cutting measures.
