Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, visa applications, and expense claims.
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and other confidential documents.
Liaise with senior management, business partners, financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate and support corporate events and external engagements, including investor and lender presentations, banking-related meetings, quarterly audit meetings, business dinners, offsite meetings, and other executive events.
Provide administrative support to members of the Finance leadership team, including travel coordination and meeting arrangements as required.
Maintain and organise records, correspondence, filing systems, and other administrative documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and administrative procedures.
