Provide full managerial and administrative support of a general and confidential nature to the CFO and the wider Finance team as well as Head of Real Estate Solutions and the team
Coordinate the administrative and logistics aspects of meetings
Assist in the consolidation of agenda/materials for meetings
Produce minutes of meetings
Arrange travel and accommodation & support the expense claims for the CFO and Head of Real Estate Solutions
Undertake any other function-related duties and tasks assigned.
Regional Function
Play key role in organization and/or coordination of events within own division as well as those that involve cross-divisional collaborations (e.g. conference, townhalls, etc.)
