**Job Description**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work closely with Chairman’s Office team members and partners. This position provides administrative support for the Chairman & CEO and is an integral part of the team working under the direction of the Senior Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks and is eager to learn, able to operate in fast-paced environment, and willing to work a minimum of 4 days a week in the New York office.

+ Assist the Senior Executive Assistant with day-to-day activities supporting Chairman & CEO
+ Provide back-up calendar and travel management for Chairman & CEOas well as primary calendar and travel management for Vice President Assistant (VPA)
