Finishing Engineer
The Finishing Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all finishing works in a high-rise residential project. The role requires strong technical expertise in architectural finishes, proactive coordination, and a commitment to delivering high-quality output within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execution of Finishing Works

  • Plan and supervise finishing activities including: Blockwork, cement plastering, putty, paintingGypsum plastering for internal walls and ceilingsGranite flooring, cladding, and staircase worksHandrail installation (MS/SS/Glass/Aluminium)Tiling and flooring works (ceramic, vitrified, granite, marble)False ceiling (gypsum/POP)Waterproofing, carpentry, doors/windows installation
