Brief JD:

1.Sourcing and Screening job applications and shortlist candidates

2.Manage MIS & data on position vacancies and the WIP positions. Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team

3.Using Social media for spreading the word on Hiring vacancies. Networking with various institutions and social media

4.Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases

5.Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills.
