Summary:
Location: Ohio Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and maintain education on Waiver Incident Reporting from start to finish. Identify and process reported waiver incidents in alignment with state/federal regulations (, abuse, neglect, misappropriation, exploitation, health and welfare). Oversee Waiver Incident Management with state-contracted investigation organizations. Investigate waiver incidents not handled by contracted investigation organizations. Determine and resolve prevention plans. Audit Waiver Incidents to ensure compliance for annual state/federal audits. Collect and review clinical documentation to determine outcomes of “Death or Unexplained Death.” If unexplained, escalate to an external agency for further review. Perform other duties as assigned.
