Excavator Operators – Skilled Civil & Infrastructure Projects

We’re seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join a variety of civil, infrastructure, and construction projects across Bay of Plenty. This role is ideal for operators who are confident running excavators in technically challenging environments and who take pride in precision, safety, and efficiency.

Bay of Plenty will be the predominant area of work for this role; however, you may also be required to work in the Auckland, Waikato, Hawkes Bay and Wellington regions. This will be discussed further with the successful applicant.

About the role

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating excavators for bulk earthworks, precision trenching, final trim, and drainage installations
• Interpreting site plans, specifications, and markers to ensure accurate and efficient excavation
