We’re looking for a skilled Civil Excavator Operator to join a close knit crew who take pride in doing things properly.

This is a hands on role for someone who is confident in a machine, happy working across different sites, and not afraid to jump out and help the team when needed. Good people matter here just as much as good skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating diggers, loaders, and other WTR class machinery
• Civil earthworks, excavation, and site preparation
• Foundations, driveways, and infrastructure related works
• Supporting the crew on the ground when required
• Working safely and efficiently on active construction sites
• Taking pride in quality finishes and tidy sites
