What you’ll do:
- Provide technical customer support including problem replication / resolution
- Experience in dealing with in-house and/or external end customers
- Functional system level testing and validation of Software and Hardware
- Collaborate with development team to plan tests through product design cycle
- Generate and follow-up with defects tracked in a project management database
- Work with multiple teams and departments across the company to validate solutions
- Create and update test procedures and conformance forms, help update product documentation
- Maintain Lab testing equipment and troubleshoot hardware/software
issues - Assist with demo preparation
- Help identify, define, and design improvements for the product line
