The Event and Programme Executive support the organization's mission by planning and executing fundraising events, donor engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives. This role involves coordinating programmes and ensuring effective publicity to strengthen donor relationships and community participation. The role will be reporting to the Fund-Raising Manager/Head of Family Department.
Key Responsibility Fundraising Events & Donor Engagement Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, donor engagement activities, and publicity initiatives from start to finish. Support the conceptualization and implementation of fundraising campaigns and community engagement efforts. Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, programme flow, guest management, registration, manpower deployment, vendors, and event materials.
