Job Title - Events Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Events Management Specialist to manage the planning and execution of a wide range of events including live, hybrid and virtual formats. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, brand & client teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver memorable and high-impact experiences that support brand objectives, engagement and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed event briefs and project plans: define objectives, target audiences, timelines, budgets, staffing and vendor requirements.

Source and secure venues, negotiate with vendors and suppliers (catering, AV, décor, logistics, talent) and manage contracts and service‑agreements.

Coordinate end‑to‑end event logistics: registration, invitations, guest lists, AV equipment, set‑up/tear‑down, on‑site staffing and vendor supervision.
