Title: Events Intern - Unpaid Internship

Your Mission:
As an Events Intern, you will support the ARL’s mission by assisting the Events Team in planning, preparing, and executing events that raise awareness and critical support for the animals in our care. This internship provides hands-on experience in the nonprofit events industry while building professional skills that can be applied across many career paths.

What You’ll Do:
During your internship, you will work alongside the Events Team to coordinate and execute ARL events. You’ll help recruit donations for auctions, raffles, and event needs, build and manage event pages and ticketing software, and create engaging content for social media and the ARL website. You will gain experience in event logistics, scheduling rentals and birthday parties, and developing marketing and social media plans to drive community participation.
