+ The Sales Manager – Social & Events serves as the key planning and administrative executive for all events, ensuring the successful execution of corporate, social, and group functions. Their role encompasses achieving revenue and production targets while maintaining high event standards.
+ Maintain a close relationship with IHG corporate and key stakeholders to ensure all IHG policies and event standards are implemented and strictly followed.
+ Responsible for motivating and supporting the events team to achieve and surpass assigned revenue targets and guest satisfaction benchmarks.
+ Identify and determine the annual event goals and serviced client accounts for the team, reviewing and adjusting them as needed.
