The Event Sales & Catering Manager is responsible for planning and executing all private dining and large party events. They drive revenue for the restaurant through both inbound and outbound sales efforts, including proactive prospecting, relationship building, and local marketing initiatives. This role owns the full sales cycle and is accountable for achieving individual sales goals, generating new business, and maintaining a strong pipeline of future opportunities. The ESM partners with the General Manager and Chef de Cuisine to ensure each event is executed within our 7 DNA points and exceeds guest expectations.
