EV Business Development Manager – AC Charging

Location: Madrid or Barcelona

Focus: Selling into EV installers and CPOs

Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 + Variable + Car

The Company is a charge point manufacturer dealing with CPOs and installers as a route to market – You must have this experience (ideally AC Charging).

Role overview

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the EV charging value chain. Working closely with internal teams, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution positioning through to negotiation and account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for Spain, with a focus on installers and CPOs.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across Madrid, Barcelona.
• Lead commercial conversations with technical and procurement stakeholders.
