A medical devices company is currently seeking a 8 months' contract accountant to join their dynamic team.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, the role is responsible for managing the full set of accounts for regional entities, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory accounting, general ledger transactions, balance sheet schedules, and intercompany transactions. The incumbent oversees debt collection, prepares payments, manages cash flow forecasts, and performs bank and inventory reconciliations while ensuring timely month-end closing and reporting. The role also involves preparing journal entries, liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial providers, and handling audit, corporate tax, GST, and transfer pricing matters.
