• 510 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in road and infrastructure in addition to asphalt works in UAE; familiar with the construction methodology process & sequence of work
• Determining key variables for cost and other estimates
• Good relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, etc.)
• Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset
• Gather firsthand information from sites and market
• Have experience/knowledge and/or conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production and etc.
• Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
• Perform risk analysis
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles
