Job Description

Create accurate and timely project estimates individually or as part of a team. Manage project scope to achieve budget goals with the broader team. Capture project cost history, provide value analysis expertise, and provide preconstruction expertise to projects and project management staff. Provide estimating management and support during the preconstruction process. Project sizes may range from $5M to $100M+. Create cost models/estimates, reviewing estimates, training, value analysis, and quantity take-offs. Focus on the creation and analysis of detailed cost information and the overall preconstruction process. Report to Senior. Preconstruction Manager and partner with project managers assigned to specific projects. Work directly with owners/clients, designers/architects/engineers, subcontractors, developers, marketing, and construction management team.
