Description

The Estimator for HVAC is responsible for preparing cost estimates for HVAC projects.

• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather information.
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review and adjust estimates as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC estimating.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software.
