Warfel Construction Company is looking for a Project Estimator to join our Client-focused team based out of our East Petersburg, PA office. The Project Estimator will primarily be responsible for the successful creation of construction estimates related to a completed bid package. The ideal candidate will be detailed in their takeoff, meticulous in their descoping of trade partners and estimate completion, as well as proactive in client needs and expectations as we participate in the preconstruction process.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Review bid documents to understand the project and develop meaningful preconstruction RFI’s.


• Prepare bid deliverables, including detailed quantity take-off, thorough scope sheets, clarifications/exclusions and variance reports of assigned trades of work.
