We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Cost Estimator who will be responsible for developing, managing and/or executing all estimating activities for a programme of works.

• Order of Cost Estimates / Cost Models / Cost Plans for:
  • Feasibility purposes at inception.
  • Planning stage.
  • Procurement stage.
  • Third Party estimate reviews during the Design stage (15%, 30%, 60%, 90%, 100%).
  • Pre‑Tender estimates to forecast the most probable tender price based on published tender information.
  • Undertake three‑point estimates for the pricing of risk.
  • Data analysis of rates and maintenance of an estimating database.
• Discrete cost estimating tasks (typically carried out by the Design Consultant or a Third Party):
  • Cost planning at each design stage milestone (15%, 30%, 60%, 90%, 100%).
  • Bills of Quantities preparation for tendering purposes.
