Estimation Lead

Summary of the Role

Reporting to the Proposal Managers, the Estimation Lead assists the Nuclear Proposals Department in assembling accurate cost estimates and proposals that accurately outline the basis of estimate, cost, and schedule for nuclear power plant projects, including construction, maintenance, and decommissioning activities, while learning the intricacies of nuclear project estimation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize detailed information on project scope, design specifications, material quantities, labor rates, and equipment costs from various sources such as engineering drawings, vendor quotes, and project documentation.
• Research through variable platforms (Asset Suite, Web Pages, Past Estimates and Projects) to develop information necessary for estimate assembly.
