The Estimating Manager – CSA will take ownership of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural estimating activities during the pre-construction phase. The role involves producing accurate and commercially competitive cost estimates, leading tendering activities, and supporting successful project acquisition across major construction developments

Essential Requiremen

• tsDegree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related disciplin
• e.Experience in estimating roles with significant exposure to CSA package
• s.Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, materials, and CSA system
