Specific responsibilities include:

+ Serving as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time
+ Supervising department staff, including performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication
+ Helping to manage schedules/appointments of associates
+ Assisting in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation
+ Setting sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue in retail
+ Ensuring all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles
