Estate Manager

Salary Range: £40,737 - £49,365 per annum.
Permanent – Fulltime (36 hours).
Location: 2nd floor, Disraeli House, 90 Putney Bridge Road, SW18 1HR or Roehampton Parish Hall, Alton Road, SW15 4LG.

Overview

As part of a supportive team, you will provide a range of housing management services including repairs and maintenance, tenancy and leasehold management, and anti‑social behaviour. The role involves significant public contact, home visits, and partnership with external agencies. You will act as the front‑line manager for approximately 900 properties, serving as the primary liaison between residents and the council.
