We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Estate Assistant to deliver high‑quality estate services across ourmunities. You will play an important frontline role, providing professional cleaning, gardening and grounds maintenance services while positively engaging with customers, colleagues and contractors.
This is a mobile role requiring a full UK driving licence.

Your new role

Delivering a high‑quality, cost‑effective cleaning, gardening and grounds maintenance service in line with agreed standards and timescales

Representing the organisation on site, building positive relationships with customers, colleagues and contractors

Maintaining estate grounds to specification and reporting issues such as fly tipping, graffiti, repairs and safeguarding concerns

Recording customer feedback and contributing to service improvements

Safely operating, storing and maintaining equipment in line with Health & Safet...
