Execute the esports strategy to grow the Free Fire competitive presence.Manage tournament operations, leagues, and major events end-to-end.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.Oversee player onboarding and competition logistics.Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time.Track performance metrics and provide post-event insights.
