As a Part-Time ESL Instructor, you will lead the ESL 105 course, which introduces basic English reading, writing, and speaking concepts. Qualified candidates will possess a Master’s degree in second language teaching, alongside two years of college or university-level ESL teaching experience. This role requires in-person instruction on the Main Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach reading, writing, and conversation to beginner students
• Design and implement effective lesson plans
• Work collaboratively with fellow instructors
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding
• Encourage a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in TESL or related discipline
• At least two years teaching ESL in higher education
