DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES NetSuite & ERP Transition (Primary Focus – Initial Phase) Support a major NetSuite lift-and-shift ERP migration from an existing environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners. Participate across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilisation. Provide Level 2 / Level 3 application support for NetSuite, including incident resolution, enhancements, and change requests. Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows and solution designs. Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions.
