Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for the delivery of people business partnership across the ER department including five ER Consultants and ER Administrator. You will support the company in developing and implementing a robust ER HR strategy aligned with operational strategic goals, whilst driving a strong team and supporting your stakeholders.
