Punta Brava Golf and Surf Club, located on a dramatic peninsula in Baja California, is seeking a **highly skilled, independent, and detail-obsessed Shop Manager / Head Mechanic** to lead the equipment maintenance operations for our growing club. This is a new position offering a rare opportunity to build the shop department from the ground up with the full backing and support of club leadership.
We are looking for someone who takes extreme pride in their work, is fiercely proactive, and can own the equipment operation with mínimal oversight. You’ll have access to a top-tier fleet (new, with significant investment), the authority to shape the shop layout and tool selection, and the trust to maintain world-class equipment standards.
