The Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of equipment at Tsukuba Plant, coordinating preventative maintenance, and managing equipment engineers. Key duties include supervising maintenance engineers, managing budgets, and conducting performance appraisals.


This position reports to the Plant Manager and is part of the Equipment Maintenance team located in Tsukuba Plant and will be an on-site role.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Directly supervise maintenance engineers

+ Lead ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on equipment mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.

+ Improve the equipment productivity (Analyze the efficiency of current procedures and suggest improvements to better this, attend KAIZEN event).
