We are looking for Equipment Engineers who will play a critical role in overseeing the design, maintenance, and optimization of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, hands‑on experience with equipment maintenance, and a passion for driving efficiency and reliability in a production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal efficiency of all machinery and equipment used in the production lines to support productivity and yield targets
• Perform analysis on product quality issues caused by machine condition and/or machine parameters and initiate appropriate countermeasures to resolve and eliminate recurrence of the problem
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment
• Continuously monitor equipment performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
