**Description**

The Equipment Department Manager is responsible for leading the Tool & Equipment Center and owning end-to-end performance across Maintenance, Logistics, and Assets. Reporting to the Equipment Department Director, the Equipment Department Manager has full authority over budget stewardship, staffing decisions, vendor relationships, and purchasing. The mission is to deliver outstanding service to our clients while enhancing efficiency and reducing overall costs, including cost recovery, to achieve a break-even financial posture. The equipment manager oversees a multi-tier team (Section Manager, group leads, staff/assistant specialists, coordinators, warehouse material technicians/handlers, and tool room attendants). This position will establish a disciplined operating system focused on inventory accuracy, pick ticket fulfillment, and maintenance.
