Claims Consultant – EPL
We’re seeking an organized, detail‑driven Claims Consultant to support Employment Practices Liability (EPL) claims in a fast‑paced insurance environment.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage incoming EPL/EEOC claims (2–3 new claims per day)

+ Acknowledge claims, assign counsel, and monitor files through closure

+ Communicate with attorneys, brokers, and internal partners

+ Assist with settlement discussions on lower‑level, non‑litigated claims

+ Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and cycle time standards

What We’re Looking For:

+ Experience in claims processing, preferably EPL or specialty lines

+ Strong organization skills with ability to manage high claim volume

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

+ Ability to interpret policy language and coverage

+ Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
