- Overview of daily activities attending to analytical and operation issues to resolve in order to ensure seamless laboratory functioning. Should have good technical knowledge in the field of analytical lab testing.

Training & staff competency
-Conduct training to Chemists Technicians and routine verification of their competencies and internal audits. ISO APHA and EPA laboratory methods Equipment handling and maintenance
Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Laboratory QHSSE
-Ensuring aspects related to quality health safety and environment are met during the procession usage and disposal of various substances which are in routine use and ensure that recognised procedures / standards are followed during these processes.
