Overview
Environmental Aide Team Lead ensures proper cleaning and housekeeping that meets state, facility and regulatory requirements, as well as RHS Infection Control standards and Environmental Services policies and procedures. Ensures a neat, clean and safe work environment is maintained. Ensures adequate supplies for cleaning and assists team members with moving equipment, cleaning and beds. Performs all other duties as assigned.

What you will do

Ensures all assignments have adequate coverage each shift and coordinates delivery of communication devices, supplies and equipment. In the absence of a supervisor, carries department phone, answers all calls and dispatches assignments promptly and effectively.

Trains all new staff members on proper cleaning for each area of the hospital. Provides job specific recertification training annually and on an as needed basis
