**Job Description**

We are seeking an enthusiastic earlycareer Scrum Master to support the Digital Architecture Team (DAT) in delivering cutting-edge software solutions that modernize BAE Systems' digital infrastructure. The Scrum Master will be the servantleader of one or more Scrum teams, ensuring that SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) ceremonies run smoothly, impediments are cleared, and the team continuously improves its flow of value. This role is pivotal to driving our adoption of Lean and Agile principles and practices, and it provides a unique launchpad for a career in Agile delivery within a highsecurity, highimpact environment.
