We require the services of a Leasing Consultant to support the extremely busy Property Management team. Your daily duties and responsibilities would include

Open for inspections

Prospective tenant callbacks

Leasing inquiry management

Reference checking applicants

Liaising with landlords and tenants

Ad Hoc administrative duties 

No experience is necessary for this role however a Certificate of Registration and your own car is ESSENTIAL. In addition, you will be well presented and spoken and have sound local knowledge.
