CDM Smith is seeking an Entry Human Resources Operations to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This individual coordinates, researches, prepares and/or schedules one or more human resources activities including background checks, immigration, job postings and employment interviews, new hire onboarding and orientation, and relocation under direct supervision. Provides human resources information and initial support to applicants and/or employees.

**This role will require to be in our Boston office at least 2 days a week.

• Prepares communications using approved formats for interviews, offer letters, sign on and relocation agreements, on boarding materials, background check forms, and immigration letters, etc. Distributes communications and collects employee forms and documentation.
